Water preesure for shower good
Bedbugs and lack of care by the staff! Management wanted only to collect money and showed no concern. Moved out after only staying one night we all had bug bites.

The actual property did not resemble web pics. No couches were in the room. The kitchen area did not resemble the picture at all. When I asked the staff to change the sheets because we were getting bitten by bugs, he did nothing. The property management, said that the staff offered to change the sheets but I ignnored him. He said no refund would be given.

Great experience
Good service apartment. The room was perfect. The kettle was old, but the washing machine was very perfect and the stove too. The apartment is in central Singapore...and the road was always busy. The hotels, Minimarts, mall all are walkable distance. Lift service is excellent. Overall good
the room was closed when we arrived, that made us little upset especially with kids.

Good stay with no restrictions. Host was very helpful. Never said No to any of our requests.
Location was Good. MRT was ~1Km. Bus to CBD/Orchard were every 5-10 min. Enough options to eat. Building was petty old with mostly Students residing. No restrictions
These weren't issue for us since we were mostly out for meetings. Suggestions for the Host: - Service the AC. Its not at all good. - TV starts malfunctioning after 10 Min. Caretaker wasn't much interested in fixing. - We never had the time to watch TV. - If someone is staying for more than a week, cleaning should be provided without asking. ---------------- - Staircase was always smelling bad - Washing machine handle was missing. - Bathroom latch/lock was a pain in the ass.
